#bbgprogress 💛💛 @the_mrs_hellstern progress using my #bbg program 😍 She says "Happy Kaylaversary to me!!!! One year of BBG!!!! It took me two years of stalking BBG girls for me to push aside the doubt and fear that I had what it took to follow through with this program. I thought at 42 years, a mom of three, I could never do a program like this!!! I always hated fitness. I was always out of breath, weak and hated breaking a sweat. I went from not being able to do a single push-up, to be able to do 50-60 in a single 28 minute BBG session. I initially started because I wanted to look good but what I gained was so much more. The first few weeks I noticed the first few changes: I had more energy, I was generally more cheerful and noticed how my clothes fit differently. All BIG positives. But over time the positives became less and less about the external changes (even though these were huge!) it became more and more about my self confidence and an amazing feeling of pride that I was able to conquer my feelings of self doubt and fear. These feelings made not only more confident in my appearance but how I dealt with certain situations and I started to have bigger dreams and goals for myself. Something I had lost for a long time. I had become passionate for this amazing lifestyle and seeing the positive affects it had on my personal and family life. My 12 weeks turned to months and now I have reached a year and i can honestly say I have stopped counting those weeks. I just know I will never go back to the person I was because this is my lifestyle. I am so so so very grateful to @kayla_itsines and @tobi_pearce for creating this program that makes it easy for anyone to start working out at home. I love how it has strengthened my body and soul. And the greatest gift of all is being a part of this amazing #bbgcommunity!!! The bonds I have created with women all over the world are absolutely priceless and I surely would never have come this far without you all! We rise by lifting others!!!
